My stay at The Raphael Hotel was good overall! The attentive staff and spacious suite overlooking the Plaza were the highlights, making for a comfortable experience. However, I did encounter some noise issues with the parking area at the back of the hotel. A couple of minor dining missteps also stood out, but I still enjoyed most of the meals.
